How do I sign up?
Click Sign up, enter your email and a password, and you're in. There's no credit card to enter — the Free plan is automatic and gives you 60 minutes/month.
We send a confirmation email to verify your address, but you can start transcribing immediately while signed in. If you uploaded an audio file as a guest before signing up, that transcription is automatically linked to your new account so it's waiting in your dashboard.
How do I log in?
Click Log in and enter the email and password you signed up with. You'll land on your dashboard with all your past transcriptions, usage card, and a fresh upload zone.
We keep you signed in across visits unless you log out, and Log in is also available from the menu in the top-right corner of every page. Forgot your password? See I forgot my password — how do I reset it?.

On the Log in page, click Forgot your password? and enter your account email. We'll send you a password-reset link that expires after a few hours.
Open the link from your email, choose a new password, and you're back in. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and if it's still missing, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you regain access.
How do I delete my account?
Visit your account settings and click Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm — once you do, we cancel any active subscription, delete all your transcriptions and audio files, and remove your account permanently.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible — we can't bring your data back afterward. If you have an active paid subscription, we cancel it on Stripe at the same time so you're not billed again. See What happens to my data if I delete my account? for the data side of things.
How do I change my email address?
Your email is set when you sign up and isn't editable in the app today. To change it, email us at [email protected] from your current account email and tell us the new address you want to use.
We usually respond within one business day. We verify the request from your existing account email for security, then update your account and send a confirmation. Self-serve email change is on our roadmap — until it ships, support handles it for you.
How do I sign out?
Click your profile menu in the top-right corner and pick Sign out. You'll be returned to the homepage and your session ends immediately.
If you're using a shared or public computer, signing out is a good habit. Your transcriptions stay safely in your account and are waiting for you the next time you log in. Closing the browser tab alone doesn't sign you out — use the menu.
What happens if my account gets suspended?
Account suspension is rare and only happens for clear violations of our Terms of Service — for example, abusive content or repeated chargebacks. If your account is suspended, you'll be signed out and shown a notice the next time you try to log in.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, email us at [email protected] with your account email and we'll investigate. Most appeals are resolved within a few business days.
Where do I update my interface language?
The interface is available in all 99 languages we support for transcription. Use the language selector in the footer of every page to switch — pick your language and the whole site updates instantly.
Your selection is remembered for next time. The interface language is independent of the audio language you transcribe, so you can browse the site in Portuguese while transcribing English audio (or any other combination). Account-level language preference is stored on your profile after sign-in.
