Yes. The Premium plan has no monthly hour limit — transcribe as much as you want for $3.99/month.

The only per-file limit is size: each upload can be up to 1GB, and longer files are automatically split and processed for you. There's no cap on how many files you transcribe in a month.

No. If you subscribed to an earlier Pro or Business plan, you're grandfathered — your plan, price, and hour allowance stay exactly as they were, and everything keeps working.

These older plans are no longer sold to new subscribers. If you'd like to move to the current Premium plan ($3.99/month, unlimited), you can switch anytime from your billing portal.

Yes — a card is required when you sign up so your subscription can continue automatically after the 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

If you cancel before the trial is over, you won't be charged at all. After the trial, you're billed $3.99/month and can cancel anytime from your subscription page.

If you're a grandfathered Business subscriber, you can still buy one-time extra hours from your account settings; on Premium, unlimited transcription is simply included.

Visit your subscription page and open Manage Subscription — you'll be taken to the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel.

Plan changes are handled by Stripe, so the experience is the same as any other subscription you manage. We don't store your card details ourselves.

Yes — cancel anytime from your subscription page. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Once it ends, your account is paused — you won't be able to upload or process new transcriptions until you resubscribe.

Resubscribing is easy: the next time you log in after your plan expires, you'll be taken to Stripe Checkout where you can start again in seconds. Your existing transcriptions are never deleted — they'll be waiting for you when you return. Cancelling doesn't trigger a refund (see Do you offer refunds? for the 7 days window).

Yes — you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you're unsatisfied.

After the 7 days window, we don't refund partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your current period. To request a refund, just email us at [email protected] with your account email — we usually respond within one business day.

The billing portal is run by Stripe (our payment processor), so it's the same interface you've probably seen on other subscription services. We don't store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles all of that securely.
